The Washougal model from Factory Expo Home Centers boasts an open floor plan with no hallways eating up space. This allows for a large master suite on one side of the home, complete with walk-in closet and roomy bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom take up the opposite side of the home, leaving a large open center area. This large central portion houses the kitchen, dining room, and living room, giving families room for play, relaxing and quality time.
